Maltese singer Kevin Paul Calleja has shared a special career moment after being featured on the soundtrack of Netflix film Enola Holmes 3.
Kevin’s voice forms part of “Market Chase”, a track composed by Aaron May and David Ridley. The track is listed on the official soundtrack as “Market Chase (feat. Kevin Paul Calleja)”, confirming his contribution to the project.
In a post shared on social media, Kevin said that contributing his voice and ideas to the track was a privilege. He explained that his voice was not used as a lead vocal, but was instead woven into the music and sound of the scene, almost like an instrument.
For an artist, that kind of contribution can be just as meaningful. Film music often relies on texture, atmosphere and small details that help shape the emotion of a scene, and Kevin’s voice became part of that wider musical picture.
Kevin thanked composers Aaron May and David Ridley for bringing him onto the project, as well as those who helped make the studio session and connection happen.
He described the moment as “a little dream come true”, and also shared a video of his reaction as he heard his voice in the Netflix film’s music for the first time.
It is another proud moment for Maltese talent working beyond our shores, showing how local artists can find their place in major international productions in different and creative ways.
