Maltese metal band Haine is set to represent Malta at Wacken Open Air 2026 in Germany, one of the biggest heavy metal festivals in the world.
The band earned its place after winning Wacken Metal Battle Malta 2026, a national competition giving local metal bands the chance to perform on an international stage.
Haine will now join bands from around the world at Wacken, which takes place from 29th July to 1st August 2026.

The official Wacken Metal Battle line-up lists the Maltese band to perform on Thursday 30th July on the W:E Stage.
