Popular DJ Ryan Spiteri will be given his final farewell on Saturday morning, following his accidental death earlier this week.
The Funeral Mass will take place at 8.30am at the Santwarju tal-Madonna tal-Grazzja in Żabbar. Family members, friends, and many people from Malta’s entertainment community are expected to attend and pay their respects.
Spiteri, who was 47 years old, was well known within the local music and entertainment scene.
He was found dead on Tuesday evening inside a vehicle parked at Wied il-Għajn. A 41-year-old woman from St Paul’s Bay was also found dead in the same vehicle.
According to the information reported so far, the autopsy concluded that both deaths were accidental. A Magisterial Inquiry remains ongoing.
At this difficult time, thoughts are with the families of both individuals, as well as with friends and colleagues who are mourning their loss.
