Seventeen-year-old Maltese pageant titleholder and model Laura Bezzina is preparing to represent the European Union internationally in Las Vegas after winning Miss Teen Diamond EU.
Laura secured the title alongside fellow Maltese winners Sharleen Theuma in the MS category and Nicole Snigh in the Junior category.
During the competition, Laura also received awards for Best Personality, Best Smile, Best Fashion Wear and Diamond Style.
Las Vegas next on Laura’s journey
Laura is set to travel to Las Vegas next August to take part in Miss Teen Global Icon, representing the European Union on the international stage.
Her plans also include travelling to Morocco for a winners’ retreat in February before returning to England at the end of August 2027 to conclude her reign and crown the next winner.
Community and marine conservation
Beyond pageantry, Laura hopes to take part in charity events, community work and volunteering during her reign.
She also plans to continue advocating for marine conservation, a cause she wants to support through her upcoming community involvement.
With an international appearance in Las Vegas ahead, the young Maltese titleholder now has another major stage to prepare for as her year as Miss Teen Diamond EU continues.
