L-Iskorpjun is returning to TVM for a second season on 28 September at 9:15pm, continuing a story that left viewers with plenty of unanswered questions.
After its first season introduced Maltese audiences to the series and its Maltese dubbing, Season 2 will bring back familiar characters while adding new faces and voices to the cast.
The story continues after Season 1’s cliffhanger
The first season ended with Merve, Frida’s daughter and a suspect in a murder investigation, handing police new evidence pointing towards her mother’s involvement in the murder.
That development sets up a second season with several storylines still unresolved, including Berna’s murder case, Frida’s fate, Alan’s time in prison and the relationships surrounding the main characters.
Nadya Cachia, Head of TV and Director at Media Exclusive and VSQUARED, said the new season will provide answers while introducing further twists and surprises.
Season 2 will also introduce new characters, with Carlos Farrugia, Josette Ciappara and Ryan Debattista among the voices joining the Maltese cast.

L-Iskorpjun Season 2 begins on Monday, 28 September at 9:15pm on TVM, with new episodes airing every Monday at the same time.
