Maltese strongman Tony Farrugia has added another Guinness World Records achievement to his growing list after breaking a world record in the medicine ball toss during DAF Drive Day 26.
The latest feat took place on 24 October during an event organised by UNEC Ltd in support of the Malta Trust Foundation.
Farrugia took part in the medicine ball toss challenge as part of the day’s activities, successfully surpassing the existing Guinness World Records mark and securing another world record to his name.
The achievement adds to Farrugia’s impressive collection of strength-based records. His previous Guinness World Records feats include lifting a 48.1-kilogramme person overhead using his little finger and completing 13 one-handed overhead presses with a 54-kilogramme washing machine in one minute.
