The Armed Forces of Malta (AFM) is running an Ab Initio Pilot Training Programme, offering selected candidates the opportunity to train as military pilots in the United States.
Successful applicants will undergo training to qualify as either fixed-wing or helicopter pilots.

The programme is managed by the United States Air Force’s Security Assistance Training Programme and funded by the European Union’s Border Management and Visa Instrument (BMVI).
