Despite Christmas decorations already appearing in shops and festive songs beginning to play, most people are not quite ready to get their homes into the Christmas spirit just yet.
The results of a recent poll reveal that the majority are choosing to hold off on decorating, with 260 respondents (59.6%) saying they have yet to put up their Christmas decorations.
Meanwhile, 176 people (40.4%) have already embraced the festive season, bringing out their Christmas trees, baubles and fairy lights ahead of December.

This suggests that, for many, the Christmas decorating season has yet to begin, with November still feeling a little too early to bring out the decorations.
