Maltese-Australian Player Jordan Gatt Shines in International Paintball

An Australian paintball player with Maltese roots is making his mark on the international stage, combining competitive success overseas with a commitment to developing the next generation of players.

Jordan Gatt, known as ‘Gatty’, has enjoyed an impressive run of results in recent competitions, earning recognition at tournaments across New Zealand and Thailand.

Among his latest achievements was winning the Matariki Cup in New Zealand with team CULT, where he also claimed the tournament’s Most Valuable Player (MVP) award.

Gatt went on to represent Australia at the Nations Cup in Thailand, helping his national team secure a third-place finish. More recently, he competed with CULT at October’s Arena event, finishing third in the tournament and second overall in the series.

However, his contribution to the sport extends beyond his own competitive achievements.

Back in Australia, Gatt is also coaching Young Beamers, an under-18 paintball team he established for his younger brother, Nick Gatt. Through the team, he is helping introduce younger players to the sport while supporting the development of the next generation of paintball talent.
